Forum’s Culture: Designing for Belonging, Flow & Collective Potential

Spaces do more than hold bodies, they influence behaviour and quietly guide the rhythms of work. In Forum Workspace, culture is embedded in the architecture itself. Through spatial gestures, thoughtful amenities and human-centred planning, Forum becomes a place where belonging, flow and shared purpose can naturally emerge.

Forum positions itself as a gathering place for knowledge sharing and community growth. Its name is directional rather than symbolic, drawing from the civic spirit of ancient forums as places of assembly and exchange.
This openness is expressed through natural light, tactile materials and visible movement paths that favour interaction over isolation.

Users also benefit from the wider Sixty-five Dover precinct, with access to premium end of trip facilities, artisanal hospitality from Baker Bleu, a basketball court and a rooftop offering morning yoga and sunset drinks.
Forum becomes less a coworking facility and more a contemporary agora shaped for connection and collective momentum.

Forum’s spatial diversity supports different moods and modes of work. Focused zones enable deep concentration, glass-lined meeting rooms provide clarity, and softer lounges offer room for casual conversation. The library supports quiet retreat, while the event-ready kitchen anchors social life and shared rituals.

“Circulation as Experience
Movement is never hidden.”

Sensory comfort is prioritised through daylight, acoustic softness, natural materials and breathable finishes.

Quiet rooms allow for mental reset, while the kitchen, lounges and communal zones nurture everyday micro-cultures. Autonomy is central, giving users the freedom to collaborate, withdraw, linger or simply move at their own pace.

“Users see each other, feel the energy of the space, and sense themselves as part of a wider community.”

Forum is designed to adapt, supporting workshops, events, social gatherings and hybrid work patterns. Flexible furniture, generous common areas and strategic adjacencies allow the space to shift identity without losing coherence. This adaptability ensures that Forum can evolve with its members and the broader community it supports.

Forum demonstrates how architecture can act as a scaffold for collective life. Every spatial gesture expresses care, from the way light softens across surfaces to the openness of circulation and the generosity of shared spaces.

In a time when workplaces must balance flexibility, wellbeing and community, Forum offers a grounded model: a place where people feel connected, supported and able to bring their full selves to work.

“Culture is design manifested.”
